Jason Keeling has spent more than 20 years building businesses around Galveston real estate, property management, and hospitality. A graduate of Texas A&M University at Galveston with a degree in Maritime Administration, Jason began his real estate career in the early 2000s and went on to become one of Galveston’s leading real estate producers.
In 2006, he founded Ryson Vacation Rentals and helped grow the company from a local startup into one of Galveston’s larger vacation rental management operations, managing approximately 250–300 properties with a team of roughly 60 employees before the company was sold in 2021.
Today, Jason is the broker and owner of RE/MAX Leading Edge and the founder and owner of Gulf Coast Palms Property Management. That experience shapes the philosophy behind Gulf Coast Palms Vacation Rentals.
Jason has worked with Galveston property owners as a real estate broker, investor, property manager, and vacation rental operator. Unlike management companies operating Galveston from hundreds or thousands of miles away, Gulf Coast Palms is locally owned and operated by people who live and work in the market they serve.
Jason understands both sides of vacation-home ownership: creating a place where guests and families can make lasting memories while protecting and improving a significant real estate investment.
